My name is Fiona Freeman. I am a qualified Health and Nutrition Coach (ITEC nutritionist for physical activity) I am a certified Ketogenic Health Coach (NASM and AFAA certified). I discovered my passion for health and nutrition after I went through the weight loss rollercoaster followed by the journey to health myself. I first researched carb addiction and it was then I finally discovered and embraced a ketogenic lifestyle. This then became a very successful way of life for me. I went on to share this knowledge with my clients through educating them on all things Health and Nutrition - empowering them to achieve optimal health whilst successfully losing weight. I have such a passion for this way of life and I love working with people to educate, encourage and support them on their journey to help achieve their goals.
