I supported clients with anxiety and/or low mood both one to one, and in large treatment groups of up to 75 clients. I also assessed clients for suitability for the service over the telephone and face to face. In this role, I facilitated 'Wellbeing in the Workplace' sessions for companies wishing to support their employees with stress. I completed my clinical supervisors training at the University of Essex. This enabled me to be case management supervisor for 4 trainee PWPs as well as facilitating clinical skills group for qualified PWPs.

During University holidays, I worked as a showroom host and receptionist for Cooper BMW . Duties included greeting customers, answering the phone and providing consistently high levels of professionalism and customer service.

As part of my Applied Psychology degree at Exeter University, I worked part-time as a trainee PWP in an IAPT service with patients at Step 2, delivering Cognitive Behaviour based guided self-help. I also conducted triage assessments which lead to either signposting patients to relevant local services, stepping them up to Step 3 for treatment, or treating them at Step 2. This enabled me to build a solid foundation of knowledge, working with patients with a wide variety of presentations.

Worked as a Customer Services Administrator, responsible for contacting customers asking them for the required paperwork for their loan application. I was also trained to be a loan underwriter which involved taking loan applications, looking through the paperwork, conducting credit checks and talking the customer through the application over the phone.

I worked on a 2 month project to raise as much money and awareness for the University as possible. I contacted alumni to raise awareness of current projects at the university, inform them of alumni benefits available and raise money for the university's Annual, Research and Scholarship Funds.

Assistant Coordinator for out of school care at Drummoyne Primay School, Sydney looking after up to 100 children in primary education. Responsibilities included organising and leading age appropriate activities.

Working in retail enabled me to combine my previous experience in customer service and sales, constantly learning about new offers and products. I was able to take my knowledge from my work within the marketing department and I won top seller of the month for prepaid products in all stores in New South Wales.

I worked on a 3 month contract with a team to support day-to-day operational processes and managed channel marketing campaigns which involved dealing with a number of stakeholders within the business. I worked on campaigns including the launch of the iPhone 4.
