Let me tell you all about my entirely squiggly career. Hold on tight: it’s a fabulous mix of wellbeing, coaching, yoga and communication.I work with organisations and teams to audit their current wellbeing offer and develop programmes that get to the root of wellbeing issues (hint: lunchtime yoga is not going to cut it if your line managers aren’t properly trained or your processes don’t work). I work with groups and individuals to improve confidence and resilience through tailored coaching and workshops.And I help people to build strength and flexibility with gentle yoga either 1:2:1 or in small groups.Now, you might have also noticed that I’m a Chartered PR (still super proud of this by the way)! So if you’re a journalist or an analyst you’re more likely to hear from me about breakthroughs in tech or perhaps I’ll have a wonderful article to pitch to you.
