- In charge the sourcing of PEPE Jeans, a Spanish base department store fashion brands with all local China vendors for all apparel categories, all genders, include Outwear, Sweaters, Circular Knits, Soft woven and small part of Denim for Men’s, Women’s & Kid’s, with 3 team members under supervise. - Helped PEPE Jeans consolidated the vendor bases from 28 to 20 for more strategic sourcing with all vendors, while align to L&F’s vendor strategy as well. - Besides to normal sourcing with China vendor (from developing until bulk shipments end to end), also started to taking responsible of coordinating with all Asia vendor social compliance audit refresh and new factory set-up, with support from VCS (vendor compliance sustainability) department for PEPE Jeans. - Also in charge of the sourcing for Eddie Bauer, a US brands with final selling to Costco Channel since May 2022 a totally new branding account with L&F.

Joined company as AMM, and get promoted to current position in one year after joined the company.
