Fiona Henderson is an occupational psychologist specialising in supporting leaders and leadership teams to deliver outstanding performance.From a clinical psychology background, she moved into the IT industry, with a particular interest in the “people aspects” of major change. After seven years supporting major IT Change programmes, she retrained as an Occupational Psychologist, completing an MSc in 1991.Since then she has worked primarily as an independent consultant and trusted associate of a number of consultancies, such as KPMG, OSI, Xansa (Steria), Delta Partnership and Cognizant, providing OD, change coaching and leadership consultancy. Through her association with her research colleagues at Human Insight, she pioneered the development of diagnostics tools to support an Organisation Ecology-based approach towards change - working with leaders and teams in different parts of the system to build their overall change capability.As a co-founder, with Martin Ewart, of Hanya Partners she brings together 25 years of experience of experience in the challenging area of strategic relationships and partnerships - helping them deliver outstanding results for all parties. Fiona is a highly experienced one-to-one board-level coach and has successfully supported leaders in managing many organisation-wide interventions. Her public and private sector experience includes financial services, IT infrastructure, healthcare, the oil and gas sector, water and electricity utilities, heavy engineering, pharmaceuticals and a number of government departments and agencies. She has worked extensively in the UK, the Netherlands, Germany and the United States.
