In addition to several years experience leading functional and operational supply chain teams to deliver tangible improvements and value, I have led a number of significant global change initiatives. These include the deployment and implementation of Integrated Business Planning, design and implementation of a regional integrated Supply Chain service team, and the design and implementation of a global-regional integrated Supply Chain organisation.
