I'm a Chartered Accountant who works as a Business and Finance Strategist for purpose-led business. Many of my clients are social enterprises and all of them are using *business as a force for good*. I love working collaboratively with my clients on business planning and strategy, creating financial forecasts and business models that deliver value, profit and impact for the community. My work includes mentoring and deep listening, which allows me to guide my clients to make great business decisions. I love to educate my clients about financial literacy, money mindset and management, and financial forecasting and planning. My industry (accounting) needs to do better, and I am leading the change to transfer knowledge and technical skills to small business owners. They deserve to learn and grow from working with their financial advisers, not just be advised. Teach a person to fish, etc. I believe business can be used as a force for good, and I'm lucky to have worked with many companies that agree. I love working with companies with a purpose that goes beyond money - ranking their impact on people and the planet alongside profitability. I advocate for business sustainability - building strong businesses with long term value, investing in your people, your product and your brand, and considering your impact on your community and environment. I believe in equity, fairness, creativity and the value of being listened to.
