CurrentManaged the overall development of the laboratory department for the soft opening of Tzu Chi Hospital, which includes matters related to the Laboratory Information System (LIS), instrument interfaces, inventories, and Standard Operation Procedures (SOP). Currently working in collaboration with InterSystems TrakCare in the implementation, configuration, evaluation, and maintenance of the hospital's laboratory information system (TrakCare Lab Enterprise). Responsibilities:- Understand the business requirements and/or user stories.- Compiled change request document and designed test cases for new TCLE implementation based on user’s requirements.- Assessed and participated in user acceptance testing (UAT) of the newly implemented JIRA and Adhoc, evaluated the potential implications related to the changes, and validated the changes based on the corresponding business requirements. - Involved in the configuration testing of laboratory instrument interface in TCLE.- Designed and implemented system workflow changes following the user’s work process via Change Control Record (CCR).- Communicate with InterSystems TrakCare for suitable solutions and clarifications regarding complex system issues or functions.- Provide assistance in system troubleshooting and possible workaround for end-users.- Provide assistance in system training for laboratory end-users.- Responsible for writing and reviewing the system’s Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
