I have almost two decades of board level experience as an Executive and Chief Marketing Officer with Committee appointments across the Wealth Management, Retirement, Banking and Insurance sectors. In an executive capacity, I worked as CMO at Allianz Retire+ where I grew brand awareness from 35% to 91% and implemented a marketing technology platform to digitise the customer journey and increase qualified leads by 20%. Previously at ING Australia, I managed a budget of AUS $56M, implemented a brand campaign that uplifted key brand metrics by 6% and led the launch of new products (often exceeding bank targets) and several payment platforms (delivering take up rates in excess of market share). I do that by applying my extensive expertise across both B2C and B2B markets, developing customer-driven strategies, growing brands, implementing marketing technology platforms and harnessing data. Finally, I hold a Marketing Certificate, an Honours Degree in Psychology, am a member of the Australian Marketing Institute, a Certified Practicing Marketer (CPM) and a Graduate of the Australia Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
