Extensive experience developing and quality assuring education and training programmes for sports coaches through Sport Ireland's Coaching Development Programme for Ireland. Experience reviewing and developing quality assurance policies and procedures for education and training and overseeing the certification of coaches from National Governing Bodies of Sport. Provides focused advice and support to National Governing Bodies of Sport on coach education and previously involved in the development of the Adventure Sport Education and Training Framework for Ireland. Works with a number of key stakeholders in the area of education and training such as QQI, ETBs, HEIs as well as NGBs. Prior experience in a number of ERASMUS+ European projects on sport.
