I’m focusing on helping clients use innovative technology to product governance. Getting this right will bring value to your customers and can unlock many other opportunities to enhance sales, relationships, governance and control, risk management and oversight. It’s a change from being a Partner at PwC but it’s a great opportunity to build and deploy technology solutions building on my FS knowledge and experience. I enjoy learning, figuring out how to solve problems, building sustainability into solutions, but most importantly, I enjoy getting things done but not necessarily perfectly (good enough is usually fine). I have worked in Financial Services for a long time, I have experience in governance, regulation, risk management and operations, and more recently in delivering technology solutions like Salesforce Net Zero. My FS experience is mostly in asset & wealth management, particularly in private assets, but I have experience across all sectors in FS. Developing people and their skills is critically important to me, particularly in a world of Gen AI and greater adoption of technology.
