Working on multiple large residential development schemes both in masterplan and at reservedmatters detail stage has involved creating various designs for LAP, LEAP and NEAP spaces aswell as producing tree strategy documents which ensure that NHBC standards are met. Furtherduties have included producing material for input into various documents such as Design Codesand Design and Access statements. Soft and hard landscape proposals have also been requiredfor a mixture of residential uses.

Utilising knowledge gained via my Post Graduate Diploma I have worked on multiple sites creatinglandscaping plans for planning purposes through to show home layouts. This has worked alongsidecreating whole planning application drawing packages, which using my existing experience andvast AutoCAD knowledge has included drawings such as landscape mitigation proposals, housetype designs, residential site layouts, street scenes and design and access statements. I have alsocreated 3d visuals using my excellent skills in Sketch Up and Photoshop to help aid various planningapplications and tender packages. My knowledge has further been increased by incorporatingtechnical working drawings and site details. I have been involved in both site and client meetings.
