I coached equity projects in Newham supporting them to develop their projects using the IHI Model for Improvement. We followed The Sequence Of Improvement and I managed and tracked through excel spreadsheets. I presented monthly progress reports and shared updates with The Health Equity Board. I taught a bespoke Equity Pocket QI one day a month. The course was a free resource and available to all members of the community in Newham who were interested in developing an Equity project. I presented regular PowerPoints and updates at The Health Equity Learning Community. -

Lgbtq Network Lead For East London Nhs Foundation TrustEast London Nhs Foundation Trust Aug 2019 - Dec 2022I attended bimonthly meetings with our Chief Executive Officer to discuss the direction of the Equality Networks at ELFT and share updates and challenges. I worked closely with our non-Executive directors who input into the Equality Networks. We collaborated on the leadership and activities in the network. I delivered a Bespoke Allies Training to the Executive Team at ELFT which was very well received, I recruited senior leaders from external organizations to collaborate on creating a Trust Trans statement. I attended local and national level meetings and have close working relationships with the national LGBTQ leads at NHS England. I collaborated with NEL, NELFT, BARTS, BHRUT, and Homerton LGBTQ Networks to promote the networks at Strategic ICS level. I led on change ideas and increase the health and well-being of the LGBTQ Community across Northeast London. An example of this is my joint work with Keeping WELL NEL’s senior leaders, to develop a shared LGBTQ resource. This was a first for ELFT Equality Networks. In collaboration with Keeping WELL, I jointly designed a flag which showed a showed a 13% click rate at PRIDE. -
