With a background in Kirkwall Grammar School, I am an HR Manager at Intercruises Shoreside and Port Services, overseeing the human resources operations in Australia, Hong Kong, and China. I have core competencies in human resources, workplace relations, and HR transformation, with a deep understanding of the club industry and its challenges.In my previous role as a Team Leader ClubASSIST at ClubsNSW, I led a small team that provided advice and assistance to club managers and senior board members on various workplace relations and club industry matters, such as employment contracts, compliance, disputes, and best practices. I also supported the development and implementation of HR transformation initiatives, such as performance management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. I am passionate about creating positive and inclusive work environments, where everyone can thrive and contribute to the organization's goals. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked across different regions and sectors, and have a keen interest in learning and development.
