• Coordinate with various departments to create unique and memorable guest experiences;• Oversee and ensure all logistics for guests’ stay are coordinated and all information has been provided to guests and transportation providers;• Work with various transportation providers to book, execute and plan guests’ transportation to/from resort, while ensuring all times accommodated guests itinerary and followed Transport Canada baggage allowance and weight restrictions;• Assist in hiring and training various seasonal positions;• Schedule and supervise four (4) staff members; • Ensure effective communication and cooperation between departments;• Create blog posts and write web content for various webpages;• Attend Sportsman Shows and sales trips and as a spokesperson for the Resort;• Awareness of Fishing Regulations and limits, according to the Department of Fisheries;• Keep Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software up to date.

• Responsible to settle with cruise ship staff on payments at the end of each port of call;• Create positive relationships between the cruise ship shorex staff and CVS;• Manage and deploy a team of 4 staff;• Effectively liaise and build relationships with Hotel Concierges and Hotel staff and provide education and collect feedback on all CVS offered tours.
