Part of the Manpower flexible assessor pool workforce delivering assessment centres for Sky in the London area across numerous business units.Responsible for leading assessment centres for high volume campaigns and non volume up to senior management. I facilitate assessment days from set up to wash up including briefing assessors and line managers, candidate management including documents and reporting of daily results to recruitment team.Responsible for assessing role plays, exercises and interviewing in line with client guidelines.Reflecting the culture of the client through the assessments.Taking comprehensive notes and providing constructive feedback.Working in partnership with other assessors/ hiring community to reach decisions on candidates.Providing informal coaching to hiring managers, as appropriate.Ensuring full compliance with equal opportunities and data protection.

Assessing role plays, group exercises and test marking at assessment centres for ground operations high volume recruitment campaigns. Writing feedback in line with defined client competencies. Checking and verifying candidate documents including RTW. Carrying out detailed security interviews with candidates.

Screening of high volume graduate applications against competency and behavioural indicators, in addition to RTW and other required checks, in line with client agreed SLAs. Scheduling and carrying out telephone interviews, writing detailed assessment reports based on client requirements. Attending and participating in client/ project briefings and associated training. Demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail in all assessment work, meeting QA standards.

Assessing and interviewing applicants for high volume cabin crew campaigns. Also, screening and shortlisting candidates based on CV and application form, against set criteria. Delivering assessment centres including group exercises, role plays and competency based interviews. Writing comprehensive interview/ assessment summaries, relating to competency and behavioural indicators.
