- Project management to translate the European Guidelines for HIV treatment in 14 languages- Coordination of events organised by the organisation: -> International HIV/AIDS Conference (every two years, 3000 participants) -> Annual advanced course on HIV for doctors from all over the world (up to 60 participants)- Communications in English and French- Implementation of electronic voting system following governance reorganisation
