Experienced Clinical Psychologist, accredited EMDR practitioner and IFS therapist. I specialise in helping autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent adults (18+) heal from past trauma and grow to be the best version of themselves, but I welcome anyone, regardless of neurotype. I also offer shorter-term therapy for other traumatic experiences (e.g. road traffic accidents, assaults, medical procedures) and performance blocks (e.g. for sportspeople or performance artists). Also, although I no longer offer autism and ADHD diagnoses myself, I am happy to spend a session or 2 talking with anyone looking for a safe space to discuss whether they might want to go down this route.Most, but not all, of my career has been within the NHS.
