As part of my ongoing practice I am now a certified Scaravelli Inspired Yoga Teacher. The principles of ground, breath, spine are infused within all that I already do as a dancer, Rolfer and Franklin Method practitioner, so I relish how this work will extend and enhance what I might offer within my ongoing work.

As a Certified Rolfer™, graduate of BARSI (British Academy of Rolfing Structural Integration), I currently have practices in three lovely venues in Oxford and Cookham, I also occasionally offer sessions in the Stroud area. As a Franklin Method™ Educator Levels 1&2, I lead sessions for professional dance artists/actors and non-professionals. I have been invited to lead workshops specifically targeted for Tango dancers, at Tango UK (Southampton), Tango Alchemy (Bristol), Tangueros Anonymous (Oxford). Between 2002-2006 I worked for Contemporary Pilates Director, Dinah Siman, as a teacher of Pilates Studio and Mat work and Franklin Method.

Programme and manage the Independent Dance open training for professional dance artists based at Siobhan Davies Studios. Responsible for finance, marketing, programming, employment, and website development as part of job.

Participated in two solo projects, and was part of the first UK commission of a quartet by Deborah Hay 'Grope and Find it and Pull it Out' premiered at Laban Theatre, London.

Choreographic Assistant to Rosemary Lee as part of the commission 'Under the Vaulted Sky', for Milton Keynes International Festival.

A Cultural Olympiad Project under the Artistic Direction of Choreographer Charlie Morrissey. Worked as Hub Choreographer to four groups in different towns, teaching the choreography created by Charlie and preparing them for the performances.

Working collaboratively with Voice Tutor and Theatre Director Jacquie Crago leading workshops in Voice and Movement to professional actors and amateurs.

Teacher of movement to actors, responsible for creating, delivering and co-ordinating programme of training and overseeing of department and staff within it.
