CurrentThis new and exciting role will catalyse GOAL’s global programmatic move towards more sustainable programming using a (market) systems approach. I work across sectors and teams to research and design initiatives that transform critical socioeconomic systems and increase access to goods and services for poor people. For example, imagine you are a rural farmer, growing not much more than is required to feed your family, how do you access the goods and services needed to increase your production? It is not likely through poorly resources government services, nor through temporary NGO inputs. It is through a range of private sector players, who see the business opportunity to increase your access to agricultural goods and services.
