As an independent consultant I specialise in virtual learning, facilitating interactive webinars on leadership, culture change and personal effectiveness. Topics include Leading a Virtual Team, Motivating, Delegating, Resilience, Managing Change, Influencing Skills, Difficult Conversations, Coaching, Time Management and many more. My approach is to use a Socratic coaching style to engage participants in the conversation. I’m passionate about turning learning theory into pragmatic takeaways, as this reduces resistance to new ideas and change. From there I build their confidence to apply the new tools and ideas in role. I reinforce this by emphasising the importance of building new habits to embed the learning, which ensures the client gets maximum value for their learning investment. Additionally I coach leaders and individuals to transform their performance.

As Global Programme Manager of the award winning Leading to Engage and Deliver (LEAD), and Senior Leader of Teams programmes, I influenced the Leadership development of over 2500 leaders annually. Within this role I delivered virtual training, managed senior stakeholders, suppliers and faculty across 35 locations.
