During this period of employment as a freelance Consultant / Senior Advisor / Senior Expert I undertook the following assignments and associated management supports.Strengthening the application of European Human Rights Standards through enhancing capacity of the Ministry of Defence Armenia: Training Needs Assessment EU 2017.This was achieved by:Secureing the tender and conducting the evaluation.Being present forn for the In-country mission and subsequent remote supportsI developed and delivered the needs assessment I ddvised on the post mission recommendations and ensured coordination with Council of Europe.United Nations Training School, Irish Defence Forces, Ireland, 2015 - 2017I conseptualised, developed and delivered a 10-day International Human Rights Training for Trainers programme for Military personnel engaged by the United Nations on global Peace Support Operations.This was achieved by:Carrying out an extensive training needs analysis. Liaising with United Nations Peace Keeping missions providing on-site and remote programme delivery and supports including evaluation, recommendations and reporting to Irish Defence Forces and the United Nations University of Lucerne, Switzerland 2015 – 2017I developed module on practical implementation of Human Rights Based approachesI provided on-site and remote delivery and supportsI delivered these modules alongside coaching and mentoring supports to mixed sector international adult learners. I provided evaluation and reporting on Human Rights Education Teacher Education Masters while asle being a panellist and Advisor to Teaching ProgrammeAmnesty International Africa, 2015 – 2016 (Senegal and Kenya)Secured contract, managing relationship in 3 countries. I was responsible for the coordination and management of resource supports, in the UK, Kenya.
