Utilising various methods to encourage engagement with the project and its associated benefits.Secondment (2003 - 2005):• Seconded to the role of Acting Principal Teacher of Guidance with the primary remit to provide pastoral, curricular and vocation support to students from S1 to S5.• Facilitating comprehensive interviews with students to establish support requirements and implementing subsequent plans to drive improvements.• Collating and summarising reports for use in parents’ evenings; providing insight as required.
