My main role is carrying out all the administration work required within the Estate Agency department of Lightfoots LLP Solicitors, but I also assist my colleagues in keeping our vendors and purchasers updated throughout their selling or buying process, negotiate offers and generally provide an excellent customer care service.

My main role was supplying our clients with their required software orders, the clients at Openlink Software where based all over the world so majority of enquiries where dealt with via email and telephone.
