Over 29 years' experience in drug development across multiple therapeutic areas includingneuroscience, cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology, infectious diseases, haematology, oncology and rheumatology. Spent 16 years at Syneos Health in positions such as Senior Director, Project Delivery, Senior Project Director, Line Manager and Therapeutic Oversight Lead in CNS and other therapeutic areas. Involved in Phase I to Phase IV clinical trials. Previous experience in other Contract Research Organisations (CROs) as Clinical Study Manager and Senior Clinical Research Associate. Worked as a Project Manager in a start-up biopharmaceutical company and as a Regional Clinical Research Associate in a pharmaceutical organisation. Recently with a specific focus on Neuroscience, with exceptional leadership skills, extensive therapeutic area knowledge and proven ability to effectively lead and manage project teams resulting in the timely delivery of high-quality project deliverables.
