I am a senior operations specialist with more than 20 years’ experience working with large scale financial services organisations and advertising agencies creating, implementing and managing their marketing programs, workflow systems and processes.My initial career was spent as a production manager in the advertising industry working on integrated advertising and marketing campaigns for some of the worlds largest brands. After quickly rising to Head of Production at Host where I Managed a team of producers and art buyers I transitioned into operations where I helped agencies to create and implement their workflow platforms and systems. More recently I created and launched my own successful homewares brand, where I developed and executed brand and go to market strategies, product development and execution, business management including new business and client development. With full commercial responsibility across forecasting, P&L, supplier negotiations, e-commerce management and all other aspects of small business ownership. I have proven experience in team and talent management and leadership, stakeholder management, project/financial management and delivery. I am a passionate creative problem solver with strong project management, design, production and operational expertise who is adept at managing project teams, external and internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding work.
