This role combined both my administration and people skills. Attention to detail was imperative and an ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of people essential. I provided a Sales Support role in engaging potential members and retaining members in the organisation. Liaising with Directors and Field Officers is an important element of my work; producing daily, weekly and monthly reports regarding sales and membership statistics for the Team. Membership queries from current and future members forms a large part of my role and I regarded this as key to my success in providing a high level of service to all. The day-to-day operation of the office was part of my remit, keeping the premises running smoothly. (Due to closure of this office my role was made redundant.)

My role here was varied and interesting, working both on Project Management and Work Experience Administration. Projects involved arranging events in schools from the outset through to the management on the day of the whole event; negotiating with many local businesses and school alike. On the Work Experience side I continually liaised with Cumbrian businesses and organisations that offered placements to Cumbrian students to ensure the process was efficient and seamless.
