Over the last 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of creating and directing sponsorship, experiential marketing, events, and partnerships for some of the most recognisable brands in the world. Working for, or in partnership with, Vodafone, Jordan F1, Manchester United, Ferrari FI, Dell EMC, the England and Wales Cricket Board, and many other big brands, I’ve been responsible for identifying, developing, and executing multiple award-winning sports marketing campaigns and programmes to deliver business impact. Sport presents a powerful opportunity for brands to create moments and make memories for their audiences, but activations often fall short of their potential because they lack the strategic, long-term thinking required to truly deliver. I believe that smarter, lateral thinking, rather than the need for a bigger budget, is a key to unlocking this value. As the founder of Ginger-Olive, I’m bringing best-in-class creative and event talent, strategic commercial insight, and extensive experience together to build brand collaborations and activations that deliver meaningful impact to rights holders, sponsors and their audiences alike. My work is focused on these areas: Helping brands to maximise the value of their assets with motorsports and automotive rights holdersChampioning female participation and engagement within motorsports and the automotive industryElevating female participation and building brand engagement with audiences within other sports, including; basketball, rugby, cricket and football I love bringing people together to create innovative, effective ways of raising awareness, increasing consideration, influencing perceptions, and bolstering loyalty and brand love through collaborations.
