Director, HRBP for Global Finance teams (Accounting, Tax, IR, Sourcing/Procurement, Finance Risk, Enablement & Transformation, FP&A, and Biz Ops) also supporting Global Partner Sales group. Partner closely with leaders to ensure their organizations are built to achieve impactful results for the company, this includes org design and structure, performance management, talent development, recruitment, compensation, etc. I work closely with the leaders and teams from strategic initiatives down to tactical tasks and everything in between.

Partnering with and supporting rockstars!Business partner to Sales, Marketing and Professional Services, working closely with C-Level execs and leaders on all aspect of employee life (performance, talent assessments, succession, team building, training and development, etc). Manage Benefits Team and programs, compensation (merit review, promotions, transfers, relocation, hiring). Employee and manager training, project and goal planning for the team that aligns with the company’s needs and corporate goals.

Employee relations, talent and performance management, employee engagement, training and development, leadership training and coaching, immigration, LOA’s, benefit escalation, career pathing, etc.

- Manages the on-boarding and off-boarding process of all employees- Responsible for all immigration cases, works directly with immigration attorneys to ensure all steps are completed promptly- Processes payroll and commissions for all US employees- Assists with compensation analysis and research- Benefits administration, including open enrollment management/planning, and first point of contact for all benefit inquiries- Training and development- Provide growth and attrition analysis and metrics, and ad hoc reporting as needed/requested- Recruiting new talent including, sourcing, phone screening, scheduling, gathering all feedback, work with vendor for background check, conduct reference checks, creating and extending offer - Work closely with HR Director to administer annual and semi-annual focal/performance reviews, goal setting, and compensation adjustments- Sole manager of both ADP and SAP HRIS, responsible for all data contained within both systems- Advise managers on employee relation issues, employment law and compliance- Manage facilities and all vendors, ranging from leasing issues to office maintenance - Plan and orchestrate monthly and quarterly team building events; along with annual picnic and Holiday party- Ensure that all compliance updates and employment laws are adhered to- Responsible for mapping titles and salaries to company bands- Provide HR support to all US and EMEA employees- Participating in the implementation, training, and usage of Liberata HRIS and Payroll for EMEA employees- Handle employee relation issues as they comeAnd most importantly keeping people happy :)

Sourcing for top talent specifically in the HR arena.Conduct phone screens and in person interviews for best candidates.Keep focus and energy up in searching for the HR gem!

Contract work:Coordinate all aspects of the candidates visit and interviews. Including, travel arrangements, car service, scheduling interviews with managers, informing managers of new talent, etc.Inform managers of qualified candidates and arrange for interviews based on a mutual selection process. Process offer letters.Prepare for career fairs and keynote speaker visits to college campuses throughout the nation.
