Hello, I am Fiona, I am passionate about developing others and have over 30 years of experience in leadership training, coaching and mentoring. I bring with me a wealth of personal development and leadership experience.In all my years of developing people, coaching and mentoring has had the greatest long-term impact on behaviour change, this is because it is person-centred and requires individuals to take responsibility and accountability for their actions. When supported by mentors and coaches, individuals will push themselves to achieve more and that is why I incorporate coaching & mentoring in my programmes.In 2018 I designed my Finding your Voice programme, this evolved from identoifying common themes when working with clients, that there must be more, of not being fulfilled, and that for many our voice is not being heard. This has presented itself by not progressing in a career, not having the confidence to switch careers, take on key roles, not being heard in the workplace, or just ‘being stuck’ in what we do, who we are. The aim of Finding Your Voice is to provide the time and space to explore what you are passionate about. Also, to provide the tools and techniques to enable change and move forward. I am a Chartered Fellow of CIPD, and an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and trained with the world-class coaching school, Barefoot Coaching, gaining a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching from Chester University.I am an EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360 practitioner, providing EQ assessments to support leaders in developing their emotional intelligence. I am accredited to deliver ILM qualifications in Leadership & Management and Coaching & Mentoring Levels 3-7.I volunteer with EMCC UK and a lead coordinator for the EMCC UK Mentoring Special Interest Group.
