I am an educator at the Belmont Adolescent Partial Hospital Program, where I work with a treatment team of therapists and psychiatrists to serve adolescents with diverse mental health needs. I run groups on topics such as self esteem, emotions, expression, and mindfulness using CBT, DBT, and ACT tenets. I teach skills in group settings and coach individual patients on skills use when needed. As a fellow, I also conduct research in McLean’s PediMIND lab on the Child and Adolescent Routine Evaluation project. Additionally, I participate in weekly and monthly supervision as well as monthly educational seminars through the fellowship.

One facet of TUPIT is offering Tufts classes to incarcerated people at MCI-Concord while they are serving time. I work as a Teaching Assistant for a Spanish course, where I lead a two hour class once a week with fellow TAs.
