With over three decades of experience as a Civil Servant, I currently hold the position of Executive Assistant within the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), my third government department. Prior to this dynamic and evolving role, I have honed my skills in various fields.My expertise encompasses taxation and compliance with the tax system. I have managed front-line advisors handling inquiries from the public regarding PAYE, VAT, Tax Credits, and Corporation Tax. Additionally, I possess training and development skills, enabling me to meet business needs through effective training and assessment.As a fully trained trainer, I have successfully delivered training tailored to business and development objectives. I actively conduct evaluations to provide proactive feedback and assess the impact of training on individuals’ performance. Furthermore, I have demonstrated the ability to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of training initiatives.In a Change Management role, I have consistently engaged in regular project work. I hold a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, which has equipped me with the knowledge to identify information on mapping and analysis processes and streams. Additionally, I have developed logical and analytical thinking skills through the Green Belt course.
