McKinsey & Company is a global management consulting firm partnering with businesses and corporate institutions across industries such as healthcare, banking, mining, agriculture, energy, oil and gas, and telecommunications to drive transformational change at all levels.Commenced 6 month secondment July 2021.I am responsible for facilitating capability development for C-Suite executives across cultural transformation, change leadership, learning and development, operating models and organisational direction, and talent strategies. This includes providing executive coaching support to organisations undergoing large-scale restructures and transformational initiatives across business operations and culture.
