- Manage entire implementation of SnapHire to new clients- Manage and successfully deliver reworking and new feature configuration projects to existing clients- Deliver SnapHire User trainingKey duties and responsibilities:- Scope identified projects & prepare project brief, determine appropriate solution and liaise with technical team as required to ensure solution valid and viable- Prepare project costing as applicable and submit to client for approval- Explain project process and set up detailed project plan comprising technical stream, HR stream and Brand & Communications stream (to include scope statements and action lists)- Identify all relevant client stakeholders and points of contact for the different streams of work- Maintain updated project documentation- Understand how recruitment fits within client’s HR framework and employee lifecycle as well as future vision for HR and identify opportunities to tailor and extend workflow for greater automation and value add- As recruitment workflow expert, advise client on any process improvements and support/guide client decisions as required- Evaluate desired workflow against current SnapHire systems functionality: work with SnapHire Development to explore requirements for new feature development or new integrations- Work with internal & client technical teams as required to complete project go-live tasks
