I serve as the Director of the Tuckwell Scholarship Program, of one of Australia’s leading undergraduate scholarship programs, where I cultivate strong networks across the sector and lead initiatives aligned with the vision of the University’s largest philanthropic donors.I actively contribute to the Higher Education sector through my positions with the Association for Tertiary Education Management (ATEM) and as Chair of the ANU Professional Services Leadership Forum, where I advocate for the development and recognition of professional staff.I am a member of the ANU Gender Institute, and I engage in discussions and workshops on the gender pay gap, women's workforce participation, and leadership.
