As an in-house lawyer I enjoy partnering with stakeholders to achieve successful and well structured transactions. I bring my legal expertise, structuring and risk management skills to these deals. I have deep expertise in carbon, renewables, energy, metals and other commodities as well as financial, equity, dispute resolution management and related transactions. I am skilled in trading documents (such as ISDA), physical commodity agreements, equity transactions and related documents. I have been an active participant in industry associations developing industry documentation including for AFMA, ISDA and EFET. My other passion is leading, managing, and developing my direct reports and colleagues to assist them to achieve their goals.
