Agent duties include operating flights and check in at the gate and counters, entering flight statistics monthly to submit to airport accounting department, creating employee work schedules, inventory. Flight operational agent in office, duties include flight loading instructions, calculations of flight weight and balance, communicating with flight crew to assist gate agents of special needs for flight departure and arrival, making arrangements of fuel trucks, catering, grooming of each flight and make special arrangements for any irregular operations such as delays and cancellations.Lead supervisor duties include supervising each flight operations as well as agents on floor, end of the day flight reports, station administration such as leave requests, duty roster, updating agents’ time off requests and overtime in order to make sure minimum staffing is covered, problem solving under high stress environment.
