I am a consultant in the Property Litigation team at Anderson Strathern having retired as a partner on 31 August 2024. My team acts for major landowners, developers, contractors and local authorities across the spectrum of property law both contentious and non-contentious. We work closely with colleagues in the commercial real estate and land and rural business departments.The team has many years experience representing clients in courts throughout Scotland, including the Supreme Court, Court of Session, Sheriff Court, Scottish Land Court and Lands Tribunal for Scotland and First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber). I was admitted as a solicitor advocate in 2006.
