Drove communications for different DHL business divisions (DHL Global Forwarding, DHL Supply Chain, DHL eCommerce and DHL Express) over the years, across AP, Middle East and Africa. Supported DHL comms teams in the markets, and also managed extensive network of partners and PR agencies in various markets to drive positive outcomes. Led media strategy and engagement to increase share of voice for DHL and regional C-suite executives. I also worked closely with country communicators in the region by supporting them on communications strategy including the review of all key messages and media materials, as well as advised on issues/crisis.Recipient of multiple awards including Best Employee of the Year (2019) and several 'Communicator of the Month' awards for driving successful and impact communications campaigns such as the joint venture between DHL and Ethiopian Airlines to form an integrated logistics company which provides multimodal logistics solutions for the region.

Expanded role to manage entire PR function and CSR for the region. Collaborated with PR managers in the region and PR agencies to formulate effective communications strategy and develop impactful campaigns. Engaged various stakeholders to deliver media outcomes mainly for enhancing corporate and brand reputation (given my dual role as CSR lead) as well as support on key regional product and solutions launches.

Led CSR teams in Southeast Asia and Oceania to develop socially relevant and impactful programs related to education, employment and health care. Started two key regional initiatives in the region - (1) Culture.Connect - a programme which ran in 8 markets and leveraged VR to explore cultural/heritage places and (2) Samsung Love and Care - a region-wide employee volunteering initiative which allowed us to spend time in rural communities, using technology to facilitate learning for the beneficiaries.I was also part of an advisory group which consisted of the regional CSR leads, directly discussing and addressing impact measurement, key sustainability topics and trends with HQ citizenship group.Led and drove corporate PR and thought leadership, as well as internal communications for our corporate citizenship efforts
