As Business Centre Associate responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of a range of operational, administrative and support activities to enable the Head of Centre to deliver a local business banking service. Key responsibilities to support the Relationship with local marketing initiatives and on-boarding of new to bank customers through brand awareness, planning and organising local campaigns and events. Manage, support and overview the control and operations of the Centre. Assist the Relationship Managers and interact with existing internal and external customers queries facilitating quality service. Ensure all data quality and audit requirements are monitored and report for escalation all obligations in respect of Group Policies, Processes and Standards and Regulatory and Statutory obligations.
