I have a number of qualifications and skills relevant to this position including NVQ level 2 in customer services and a NVQ level 2 in Retail operations, Staff fire marshal training, Operation of a modern till-point induction course, SFR stock management computer system induction course, and also trained new staff. My last job I was a concession manager, which i fully enjoyed with the role i had, ensuring all day to day managing staff and the department is accordance with company guidelines and company targets are met and all set goals are achieved. Really like to keep training when training is offered to learn new skills and to expand my abilities within the company.After a gap of nine years during which i have raised my two children, I’m now in a position to look for work as they’re now both in full time school. As they’re still young children, the hours I’m looking for would be up to 20hrs, in between school hours. I would also consider a new career path and happy to work from home aswell. I have alot of experience working in customer services and retail operations.
