I have in excess of 10 years experience in Litigation Technology Support (LTS). I possess excellent communication skills and a high level of technical knowledge particularly in relation to early case assessment, Ringtail document management, administration and the e.discovery process. As a qualified Ringtail Legal Administrator I am responsible for all aspects of casebook management including data manipulation of Ringtail’s SQL|Access structure and the Import|Export Module.I am passionate about the legal technology field and interested in discovering and investigating new workflows, processes and products in this area to ensure that our department is always delivering the highest quality, cost-effective and efficient solutions. I derive great satisfaction from providing innovative workflows to our legal teams especially when dealing with large volumes of data that needs to be indexed and analysed by offering cost-effective electronic solutions.
