Responsible for leading cross-functional internal teams and third party suppliers to ensure effective Contract execution in order to manage and develop a mutually beneficial relationship with large or strategic customers. Full accountability to achieve commitments in the master services agreement while maximising profitability with full P&L responsibility and delivering satisfaction and value to the customer. Management of the overall governance and relationship for client accounts at CxO level with a broad scope of authority and visibility. Initiation of governance structures built up of IT Steering Groups at Executive, Management & Functional / Operational levels with associated reporting and action tracking. Driving margin improvement while delivering cost improvements to the clients. Work with business development teams and the Client to identify and develop contract extension business opportunities, from the qualification to the customer agreement.
