• Supported the civil litigation department• Taking meeting minutes, typing, and preparing legal documents for the courts• Dealing with the day-to-day running of the department, including Mail, Client and Calendar management• Meeting room bookings and management• Filing, database maintenance and CRM upkeep

• The day-to-day running of the firm• Managing and organising all other secretaries in the firm• Implementing a code of conduct• Typing, minute taking and preparation of legal documents for court cases• Greeting clients in the reception area• Booking appointments and liaising with clients as well as the courts
