​Responsible for the successful recruitment of drilling personnel for key clients. This included sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies; contacting candidates regarding availability and suitability for current and future vacancies; reviewing CV’s; arranging interviews and inductions; checking of certification and references; mobilisation of candidates; maintaining regular contact with existing clients to preserve good relationships; training of new staff; supervision of administration staff.

Compiling tenders and quotations for WGPC products and services, ensuring they meet customer requirements; ensuring compliance with contract specifications and resolution of problems and issues as they arose; overseeing the smooth running of orders
