The last two years of my role have seen me further develop my skills in multiple different ways. I have helped to lead the development Social Selling initiative within Henkel, including creating a playbook which will teach others how to also begin their Social Selling Journey. I have worked across now three different industries, Datacom/Telecom, Automotive and newly with Packaging, this has given me access to a wide selection of knowledge. I also assist with the asset creation and activation, including working with external agencies to develop assets and create new digital marketing plans. I have also started helping with our internal project to redevelop our social media accounts and pages, looking at social media strategy and alignment. As well as looking into our CRM management for our campaign launches.

As a Key Account Digital Sales Graduate, I work along side the Global ABM Director of Henkel A to assist in developing relations with key accounts in the datacom and telecom space via social selling in a new pilot scheme. Being a right-hand to Global Key Account Managers, I maintain real-time account and prospect intelligence to build relationships with our accounts. Working cross functionally between the Marketing & Sales teams, I am a key connection in making sure pain points are being addressed for the accounts and that they are given a clear road map for their goals.

While a part of the consumer marketing team, I specialized in working on the digestive health brands at J&J within a team working across the UK and Nordics. Acting as a main point of contact for various campaigns I had to ensure that I was connected to other departments in in the company to ensure the campaigns were smoothly managed. I managed multiple brand budgets at once and therefore interacted quite frequently with the finance team to confirm we were aligned with spending. I was a liaison to our external media agency to monitor PPC and SEO performance, while making adaptations to optimize this performance. I am well versed in using data sourced from Nielsen for reporting as I would produce monthly reports to be shared with the wider team and senior management. Achievements include:Winning the “Placement Project” at J&J after my team presented our idea for creating a new sustainable product/initiative to senior management. Rated “Best in Class” by J&J for my Amazon content developed which led to an increased conversion rate. My content has also been shared globally as a companywide example of standard. Led teams in creating and launching 5 websites across the Nordics.

As a Safety Steward for the Leicester Tigers rugby union, I managed the entrance into the Junior Tiger’s, children’s club, ensuring the safety of those inside. Working as part of the larger security team, I managed crowd safety during and after the match, which ensuring that spectators were still able to have the most enjoyable time. As a steward, I also was able to grow in my customer service skills and assist spectators in their trip to the stadium.

As a team leader, I personally led fifteen, 15 to 17-year olds, throughout their 4-week wave of National Citizenship Service (NCS). As they transitioned through weeks in residences, a local facility, and a local business I not only managed the group by ensuring that they were on time to sessions, arranging their transportation, and leading reflection, political, and entrepreneurial sessions, but also motivated them throughout the process. My goal was to maintain the mental and physical wellbeing of the group by working alongside the main wave leader, as well as the assistant wave leader, to ensure each individual was coping well.
