A. Global winner of ‘Take It Personally Award’ from OOCL. Develop successful auto tools to facilitate tender documents input from three aspects: 1) standard city names mapping for massive CMTX enquiry; 2) Optimal routing selection; 3)auto-calculation based on massive CMTX result and tariff surcharges. If each staff use these tools every day, one hour can be saved. B. Complete tender documents, mainly with excel files, on multiple trade based on Sales and Trade's instruction including rates, surcharges and service details. Up till now, I've completed more than 210 tenders and some of them from Fortune 500 companies such as PMI, Michelin, Nestle, etc. It's my duty to select optimal service, calculate ocean freight according to required rate structure, input demurrage and detention per tariff, etc. Therefore, it's much important to understand requirements with details oriented, coordinate the inquiries and quotation from different regions and even handle more than one tender at the same time in the peak season. C. Maintain contracts and service agreements for successful bidding when nomination result released and follow up unrated booking caused by changing services, surcharges, detention, demurrage and payment terms. D. Prepare rate sheets and distribution to VIP customers by macros in the Excel every month. Besides, I should follow up Sales and Trade's tender or contract related questions and requests on spot basis as well.
