Sub-tier supplier management and strategy planning. -Platform/Products quality excursion management globally.-Strategy and actions planning to optimize manufacturing transformation and fulfillment model with total landed cost. -Continuous improvement driving with sig sigma, lean manufacturing, VSM internally and externally.-Innovation leadership across the organization for process standardization, shift left to better run the business and change the business.-Transition and change management.

-Ownership for Dell products on mfg process, quality control, delivery and continuous improvements. -Program management to lead NMB ENG/mfg/quality team to review, analyze and execute Dell requirements and specs. -Resonsibiity for AQP(advanced quaity planning) generation, review and approval with Dell team, including process flow, PMP, GR&R, FAI, etc. -Failure analysis with ENG/mfg and quality team to drive and review 5C/8D reports with team and customers.
