- Daily leadership of a portfolio of more than 1000 vendors: being their first point of contact, solving operational matters and usage of the IT tools (Commercial website, vendor’s platform, WooCommerce, Pipedrive, Stripe, Freshworks, Sendinblue…) - Design retaining strategies that best meet the issues and ambitious objectives of the company- Acquiring new vendors on the marketplace.- Collaborating closely with the logistics, customer care and IT teams to ensure the fluid functioning of the platform. - Monitoring of the selection of clothing and accessories on the website.
