Bringing together people with process and common sense to improve operational efficiency. I led on themes including improving staff engagement (we made an 11% increase on the annual staff survey), staff wellbeing, departmental coms and culture, learning and development, business partnering with HR on case work, process improvement, admin efficiency, and budget oversight.I was a valued member of the Senior Leadership Team and trusted advisor and mentor to many.

Engaging with suppliers to develop strong relationships and manage supplier quality for the Executive Education department.Implementing a new supplier profiling system to help internal clients to match requirements with current suppliers and identify gaps in supplier pools. Where necessary, tendering and on-boarding new suppliers to meet these needs.

Oversee and co-ordinate the organisation of all schedules of short courses, workshops and events provided by IAD, and ensure the smooth running of the IAD office environment. Specific responsibility for planning University-wide IAD doctoral training, including leading workshops and working with graduate schools to embed skills training and development in research degree programmes.
